Did I really just say that? Is there such a thing as an "awesome ab workout"? Of course there is! This 2-3 minute workout with a small ball is a great workout for your core and you will be amazed at the results if you do it every day! I recommend playing the video and doing the exercise with me so you'll have visual and audio reminders of the correct form! Next time you're in the studio, let me know how many days you've done this, and maybe we can do it together!
