Why did you choose to practice pilates? To avoid back surgery by strengthening my core and learn correct functional movement patterns.
Why did you become an instructor? To share the benefits of Pilates with those in my home town.
Is there something about you that would surprise the students that have attended your classes?
I used to be a Level 3 & 4 white water kayaker. Now I enjoy slow rivers, the ocean and lakes.
What is your favorite song / favorite group or favorite genre of music? I love southern beach music.
Favorite Pilates exercise and why? I love the Saw moment - I love how it makes my spine feel and the wonderful stretch I feel in my whole body.
