It's July 1 -- the 1st day of the second half of 2016. It's the perfect time to look back and make some plans for moving forward. When I think about where I was last year at this time, I know I've made progress toward many of my goals (both personally and professionally). I ask myself "was there anything I could have done better?" The answer of course is yes. So what am I going to do to be sure I achieve more of my goals this year?
Just One Thing. That's it. One Thing...well one thing a day. Every day I am going to do one small thing to move myself toward my goals. Today I am writing down 3 goals that I want to achieve (to help me stay focused). I may change these goals throughout 2016, especially as I achieve them. I am going to do just one small thing each day to move myself toward my goals.
I'm on vacation right now, but each day I spend some time thinking about my goals for 2016 and you all and your goals. One of my goals is to help you build healthy habits into your life. Whether it is walking, jogging, bicycling, or even mall walking...and Pilates! Do it. One small thing today to help you build better habits for tomorrow.
